SHIPPING to United States Via USPS First Class for smaller items. Priority Mail with tracking number and insurance for pricier items.
Most items that are "Ready to Ship" are sent out within five business days.
Consider extra time for the shipping company to get the item to you. Our items are prepared and packed with care. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during delivery.
Custom orders may take four to six weeks. A non refundable deposit is required before any custom work will be started.
Refund / Return Policy
Please note that at this time we do not offer refunds or exchanges so please measure twice and consider your purchases carefully.
Exceptions
We only issue refunds for items that arrive damaged due to shipping carrier negligence. We have a 14-day refund policy on damaged items. Once you provide photographic proof of damaged items (so that we may begin a claim with the shipping carrier) and your refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note that we work out of a PET FRIENDLY studio. Free cat fur may be included with every order. ;) Please be aware of that if you are severly allergic.
